Im back from Hainan :( We enjoyed the trip so much that i hate to say im back. Well, I feel Hainan is so similar to Malaysia except for the beach. Everything is just so nice there. the sand, the water, the luxory hotels and the food. We ate so many meals and so much every meal, especially during dinner. The dinner we had is so special, we go do our own grocery in the market and we bring it the restuarant for them to cook it. You could buy anything you want and they would cook it. The seafood there is cheap compared to Singapore and Shanghai.

Theres something particular which would make me remember for life i think. We went to the fishing farm on the second day as i felt in love with fishing ever since i fished at the people's park. The fishing farm we found from the internet was closed due to some reasons which i did not understand and the people directed us to another fishing farm which we do not know exactly where it was. Darling and i were asking the taxis drivers and the 'motor-taxis' drivers where the place was and no one knew where it was. While we were asking for directions, there was this old uncle in his sixties who came and said he knew where the farm was as he delivered coal to that place. He said if we didnt mind his 'trishaw', he could bring us there. Its an old trishaw which he used to deliver coal and we certainly didnt mind cause i just wanted to fish so badly. (hehe, sorry darling) The ride was about 20 minutes and he cycled us all the way up the mountains(obviously we came down when it was up the hills). But it was really tiring to bring us there when he didnt need to. When we reached the farm, i wanted to give him some money and surprisingly, he said theres no need for it. Like most of the people, he would decline the money when you give it to him. But after much struggle, i managed to put the money in his hand and walk away. Well, guess what he did. He just threw the money on the floor and wanted to ride away. Wow, thats like crazy. I cant imagine there is still such nice people in this world who would help others to such an extent with no intention of accepting any other benefits. Its really something everyone needs to learn from. I could tell you honestly, i would never ever help someone to such an extent.

Well, the next time we go to Hainan, I promise we would find him and treat him to something nice. Got holidays next week and i got some dvds just now. Was watching prison break just now and i guess im hooked on it. Its so exciting. Gonna go watch it now. Would update photos when i get hold of it. Bye

Happy Birthday to Myself

:) wow wonderful day. Im 19 already. I didnt go to this school this morning cause my mum thought i was on a holiday already. Met darling in the afternoon to have my lunch and we went down to pudong to catch a movie. forgot the title of the movie think its something like 8 streets down or something like that. the movie isnt that bad but it was really exciting. Wondered why we always watched movies where cops are trying to kill another 'good' cop because of corruption or some shit like that. The movie was good on the whole but really irritates me at some part because its too exciting and you want to know whats gonna happen next. Anyway, we went to have dinner at thai restuarant after that. The restaurant looks really fun to dine in because they got people from thailand to sing and dance while you eat. They might come to your table to irritate you for a bit and then go to the next table but its really fun looking at them perform. They have a promotion which gives the a free cake if its your birthday. Ordered some thai food and intially they said we had to wait for half an hour for our cake and we didnt want to wait so we said forget it but when we called for the bill, they said they would give us the cake now. The 'performers' came to our table and sang a song for us. People around us are laughing like we are some sort of clown but its really fun. Took a picture of us and said they would send it to me. I wonder what my parents would say if they saw the picture but i feel its even better for them to see it.

Anyway, I had a wonderful 19th birthday and its my second birthday that i spent with darling. Yay, We're going to Hainan on wednesday~ Cant wait for wednesday to come. Got to go through a day of hard work at school and its all over. :)
